Mental Health & Addictions

Our mental health can be affected by addictions, which are often accompanied by a wide range of disorders such as depression, anxiety and schizophrenia, which in turn impact our mood, thinking and behaviours. This would include major mood disorders, panic attacks, phobias, OCD etc. paranoia, delusions and hallucinations. Addictions can refer to substance use, gambling problems, sexual addictions and other addictions affecting our mental health. Some individuals can be affected by drugs and alcohol. Symptoms may vary from mild to severe. Psychotherapy support with psychoeducation will help us to progress in life and reach our dreams.
